Overall, my stay at the hotel was a mix of great service and significant issues. I had an exceptional experience with one staff member, Mr. Atif, who went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. However, the room assigned to me initially was already occupied, which was a severe privacy concern, and the room service experience left much to be desired. Though the location is promising, the initial mishaps really dampened my experience.

I had a wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making the whole experience feel special. The room upgrade to a suite was definitely worth it, but the hotel does show some signs of age. The dining options were excellent, especially at the in-house restaurants, where the food was delicious. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay, but the aging infrastructure is something to keep in mind.
